GS Crane operates alongside OKAYA and is answered on the same line. An enquiry that needs one of their units is passed to them so they can price it — that is the only routine disclosure this site makes.

Only what is needed to put a number on the job. Nothing on this site asks for an identity card number, a company registration, a bank detail or an address you did not volunteer.

The form also records how long the page was open before you pressed send, and carries a hidden field a person never sees. Both exist to tell a human apart from a script. Nothing in either identifies you and neither is kept once the enquiry has been checked.

To price the work you asked us to price, to reply to you, and — if the quote becomes a job — to run and invoice that job. The basis is your consent, given when you press send on the form. There is no profiling, no scoring, no automated decision, and nothing here is used for advertising.

The enquiry is emailed to the OKAYA office inbox and, where we have connected one, posted into our own job system. It is not written to a customer database on this website — this site has no customer database.

Two service providers sit in that path and process the data on our instructions: the company that hosts the site, whose servers keep short-lived request logs, and Resend, the service that delivers the email. Both are used only to get your enquiry from the form to the inbox.

Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to an advertising network. If we are ever required to disclose something by a court or a regulator, we comply with that and nothing wider.

An enquiry that never became a job is deleted from the inbox once the quote is plainly dead — nobody needs last year’s unanswered price request.

An enquiry that became a job turns into a transaction record, and business records in Malaysia have to be kept for seven years under the Income Tax Act 1967. Those stay for that period, and go at the end of it.

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session tracker, and no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to. The typefaces are served from this site rather than a font network, so loading a page does not announce you to a third party.

Two links do leave: the phone number opens your dialler, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. Both only do anything when you tap them, and from that point you are in WhatsApp’s hands, not ours.

The form is submitted over an encrypted connection and the inbox it lands in is password protected. We are a haulage company and we will not pretend to bank-grade security — what we will say is that the data is held in one place, by the people who need it to quote your job. If personal data we hold is lost or exposed in a way that could cause you harm, we notify you and the Commissioner, as the Act requires.

Under sections 30 and 34 of the PDPA you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, withdraw your consent, or tell us to stop using it. Write to the address below and say which of those you want. We answer in writing.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, the complaint goes to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner, Malaysia.

If what the form collects changes, this page changes with it in the same edit, and the review date below moves. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not run one.
