What a 20-tonne crane lifts on a Seremban site
Not an exhaustive list. If your load is not on it, describe it and we will say whether this is the unit for it.

How it is priced
The exact figure depends on the load, the access and the day — a Saturday drop onto a site with one gate is not the same job as a weekday run onto open ground. Tell us those three and you get a number.

What gets asked on the phone before anything else.
What has to be ready before the crane arrives?
Firm, level standing for the outriggers — a cured slab or compacted hardcore, and mats where the ground is soft. A clear swing path from where the crane stands to where the load lands. Any overhead cable or live service pointed out before the boom goes up. And somebody on site who can confirm the exact set-down position, which saves more time than anything else on the list.
Is it charged by the day or by the hour?
Either. Per day is the usual booking. Per hour is available with a mobilisation charge, which covers the run out, the set-up and the run back and is charged once whether the boom stands for one hour or six. Tell us how many picks there are and roughly how long each one takes, and we will say which way works out cheaper for you.
Is 20 tonnes more crane than the job needs?
Capacity on its own does not decide it — radius does. A load well inside the chart close to the machine can be out of it once the crane has to stand thirty feet back behind a drain or a boundary fence. The 20-tonne goes out when the pick is heavy, high, or a long way from where the machine can set up. If the access is a housing-estate lane, the 7-tonne is usually the right call.
